champ points??
what are champion points, and how are they earned?

maybe its a bug in the client, but I look at my progression with a champion before I play a game, but after the game its progression hasn't changed.
You earn them by playing a champion on Summoners rift. If you win you get more points. At level 4 and 5 you get a ribbon and an in-game taunt.
When you go back after a game, try forcing the order to change. What I do is change the ordering from Highest Mastery to Alphabetical then back. Seems to work
