Why do people have to be such asshats?

I mean you start a game and people already start fighting over a lane, whats worse is that the "noob" and "report" words just pop up instantly. Adding onto being asshats, these people are so full of themselves they dont give a shit about teamwork. Like damn, a huge piss-off in its self.
