Does anyone know if you can obtain special holiday skins from chests such as heartseeker quinn?

Carrie Pigeon1 votesBasically what Ethan Allen said. To find a list of Limited skins go to this site https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752944-Guide-to-Legacy-and-Limited-Skins#h3.
Note Grey Warwick and Medieval Twitch may become available despite being seen as limited. This is a rare case and isn't likely to happen with the other skins.
