How do you get these screen borders to work? I don't have any skins but I bought all three icons and got the first strike Ekko border if someone could inform me that would be great. Thanks!

Basically when you use the 7 cores to complete the blueprint it will unlock the border for the skin when you get it. I think you have to still buy the skin in the first week or whatever for it to work though.
