Honestly, its my fault for leaving games. I realize that. However, I wish I could chose to be banned for a day rather then 20 minute priority queue. I work, and I am also a student. I have only small windows to play the game. I think players should be able to chose 2 different punishments. Honestly even being banned for 3 days is better then priority queue.
it was originally that way back in season 3 and half of seaons 4. I think this way there actually is a bigger impact of people. Banned 3 days? fine, i'll just not play for 3 days, no harm done. But to have to wait 20 minutes before entering queue will actually make people think twice about AFK or leaving games.

I believe actual bans are more on the "being toxic" manner and low priority queue is for leavers, although be sure that they will escalate into actual bans if you keep leaving games.
20min wait time is so much better an option than a 24hour wait time. I'd rather wait 20min then play another 20min with a team of retards any day of the week.
