Rumble feeling even more underwhelming as a Rumble main.

With some of his counters now have better defense abilities and stats and the reduction of AP item it really sucks as a rumble main to see him feel more like he is tickling tanks and fighters more than doing actual damage even if you have penetration and a zhonya.

I dont think the champion needs a rework his kit is good enough even with weak cc (he can only do slow CC for those who don't know how rumble plays).

Just upgrade is ap scaling for the mid game and improve the defense on his W

at tier 3 of his Q and onward maybe upgrade the default damage by 10 extra ap points and increase the over 50% heat ap scaling by 2% more.

And increase each tier of his barrier default stat by an extra 30.

His E and R are just fine I dont think it needs to be tweaked or nerfed again its pretty easy to get out of the ultimate and alot of people who play rumble i see can't land it very well at all.

I've had some match ups for the past few months where I've played the main champion Rumble that is the no.1 reason that got me into league in the first place (come on, furries with mechs or guns is a big yes to me especially with an Anime skin like Super Galaxy Rumble). As Rumble against Nasus, Most Darius, few yasuos (remember there is alot of bad ones), Irelia I feel like his power against champions like these has taken a nose dive into Feather Tickling territory even in team fights when i have anti magic resist against tanks on junglers or supports i feel that rumble is underpowered in this meta.

I have been fortunate enough to be against some rumble players while i was using Teemo, Kled and Nasus. It feels like their rumble isn't being a threat to me I'm always outsustaining/outplaying him all the time.

I'm just putting this out there that rumble feels like a joke now compared to his previous seasons and this is coming from someone who is very good at playing unpopular or low tier champions.

I don't think a buff will make this champion popular unless a popular streamer does some awesome plays or a weird pick with that champion like something silly like "Support Rumble" (don't do that please I've tried and it didn't end well for my adc XD)
