Can we bring back the unskilled player report
so it can punish boosted players who do not deserve their elo in the form of lp loss or throwing them back to lower division promos

Legit though. Just had a "plat" Ashe go 3/11. Like. Wot.
The Unskilled Player report never did anything aside from filter the worthless/invalid reports out of the more important categories.
No, that gives people the idea that it's against the rules to be bad at the game.
So having a bad game gets you down to bronze 7? I don't know about this.
