THE WAY TO FIX THE TROLL-AFK-CRYERS ON RANKED, INCLUDE MATCHMAKING CHANGES (BEHAVIOUR SCORE)
I've playing this game for years, and we all know that this is the WORST PLAYERS COMUNITY on history of videogames, is really really strange not to report more than 2 players on a game, there is full of trolls/bad attitud/kids/afks,etc. The comunity is destroying the game ...
I know a lot of players who has stopped play this game because is really really frustating comunity. I think is not difficult to fix this problem, i've thought about this.
THIS IS THE IDEA

WHEN YOU END A GAME, U CAN POINT EVERY PLAYER OF THE GAME WITH A 1-5 NOTE, based on the behaviour he did, is the BEHAVIOUR SCORE.

SCORES -5 is a good player with all the good atributes a perfect player has(comunicative,helpfull,kind,etc) -4 is a good player who we want on our team -3 is a normal player -2 is a bad attitude or have a bad behaviour -1 is troll/afk/etc

Then you will have a behaviour score in your account and profile, and the matchmaking system use the behaviour score and the elo to match up the players.

When 1,2 or 3 months(im not really sure about this) passed, the behaviour score reset up(to fix the probably trolls voting negative for good players,the usually rat-kids we all know)
Then if a player has a bad behaviour medium score he will play only with another bad behaviour medium score, so he is going to play with people like him(trolls,afks,cryers,leavers,etc). This players will change their behaviour because they will rage and probably they will understand how players must play for have a funny games.
IS JUST AN IDEA, PLSE RIOT READ IT AND CONSIDERATE IT(modify it, do a total different system for help the comunity, but please do something), I KNOW REALLY TONS OF PEOPLE(including me), who stop play league of legends because the comunity.
A variant of this type of system is used on another games with the matchmaking , and it really works(worked on me xD)
