Why Report if the Tribunal is Down?
Why report someone whose feeding or trolling or who is toxic if the tribunal is down and has been down for what seems like forever?

Because the fact that no humans judge you doesn't mean you don't get judged. Never heard about those thousands of chat restricted people?
