Summoner Name Cleanup

Honestly, with League of Legends becoming increasingly popular there are so many people joining and creating accounts and such and there are also many people leaving as well. I have been trying to change my name for several weeks and personally i dont like anything with X or my area code or numbers. I went through the entire pokedex from pokemon and not one was available because kids that have quit league of legends still have their account. Tell me why is it fair that someone should have such a long time for immunity on their account? If you havent played 1 single game in the last 1 or so chances are youre not going to get back on, and honestly you shouldnt be able to keep your name. If you really were taking a legitimate leave of absence to africa where there is no internet someone can play 1 game for you in the meanwhile but these kids arent going to africa, they stopped playing league of legends because they are probably married or moved on to other things. FREE THE SUMMONER NAMES, there is no need for such a long immunity. If you guys were to do a cleanup im sure 1000's of names would be cleared that havent been used in over a year. Anyone that wants to change their name knows my struggle and im positive that 99% of the league community agrees with me. Riot you won't get any crap for taking away names from people, they deserve it and it's not like they would lose their account if some miracle happened and they came back. They would simply have to change their name because someone who actually plays the game would appreciate it a lot more. and yes i'm done with my speech
