Im sorta confused on why I got banned and not chatrestricted

Ok, I had a troll morg who said I sucked, and dced for 1 minute at start cause I said dont push wave. I got pretty mad at her. Then she started trolling more taking cs and watching me die. I lose then decide to go eat dinner. Come back Im banned from 14 days... I have gotten warnings, but never got a chat restriction so I thought I wasn't going to be in that much trouble. I really want to play and this is kinda bummer for me. I really have nothing else to do right now cause it's summer Is there anything I can do to express this? Can I submit a repeal or something? Will they even accept my repeal? I'm fine with getting chat restricted for awhile, but this was totally unexpected.
