riot has deals with the league streamers who play this game and who advertise there ads like cyber PC etc and they make the game un optimized on purpose to get you to buy the hardware from said sites this could be said for multiple games on twitch to one big monopoly discuss. Ive notice a lot of frame rate drops after 5.16 that's why i am bringing this up
