Dear Riot games,
I am at the end of the line. I cannot handle it anymore. Your "new" chat restriction hit me AGAIN for no reason. Last time was last year I got 3 waves of random numbers of chat restriction FOR STILL NO REASONS ( Support "Rahzar" could not help me, they said I did something and just need to go through that chat restriction (never saw a chat or proove or anything)). I am constantly nice in chat, greet summoners in /all chat in games, I never EVER use words like "noob" "you suck" and all that TRUE toxic behavior.
It´s like every freaking year I get a wave of random bans cus people spam reports if they think you play NOT WELL! NOT GOOD! It´s flawed! Why I am even at 35 restrictions again? No tribunal, not chat log, nothing. Just be cause I went 0 2 2 Janna?
I am trying to get off my ranked restriction since Sunday, working hard on draft mode wins, BEING ALWAYS NICE; JUST LOOK AT THE CHATS.
Now I land in a team which reports me for PLAYING BAD as Twisted Fate. I get instantly a message again "VERBAL ABUSE, YOU ARE AN EVIL PERSON" even I BARELY chat and only say positive things. JUST WATCH THIS GAME. LOOK AT THE CHAT. I am 100 % sure this mass report of 3-4 will again lenghten my chat restrict / rank restrict because its an AUTO SYSTEM.
PLEASE view my case with PEOPLE. I want it to stop.
I am FED up with being treated like a BAD person, a toxic player or whatever. FIX YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM!
CHECK my chat history and REMOVE this restriction PLS! Because I do not deserve it. Just show my last 200 games! WATCH THEM. I KNOW YOU CAN.
Why you keep forceing people who are friendly and neutral to such torture? EVERY GAME I PLAY I AM LITERALY SCARD of being reported AGAIN.
I spend over 300 or 400 € into this account, I love playing this game, but I hate the fact that everyone who is toxic just needs to click a button to ruin my account and everything. I have almost 1000 freaking honors, all from NORMAL and RANKED games, justified things. Just freaking tell me what YOUR PROBLEM WITH ME PERSONALLY IS?
I want to talk to A REAL PERSON, WHO CAN VIEW ALL MY CHATS IN GAME, AND GIVE ME GOOD EXAMPLES to constantly being in a GIANT loop of chat restrictions every year....

We have begun a new initiative to restrict players from the ranked queue. Ranked Restrictions have a higher threshold for punishment compared to chat restrictions and require more reports and evidence of toxicity. Please bear in mind that not all chat restricted players will receive a ranked restriction. We will not be removing or reducing any punishments placed on an account. While the Tribunal is in recess we are unable to provide specific chat logs or reform cards for these restrictions.
An extensive audit was conducted on your account, which analyzed games played for extreme instances of negative and toxic behavior. As a result, we have decided to place ranked and chat restrictions on your account to help you adjust your behavior in game.
While the ranked restriction is active, you will need to win a number of Normal Draft games. After you win the requisite number of Normal Draft games, your account will be reviewed again to see if there was an improvement in your behavior. The restriction on the ranked queue will continue if this is not the case.
Chat restricted accounts are required to play a specific number of matchmade games for it to decrease. Additional chat restrictions may be placed after your first round is complete if there is no visible improvement in behavior.
This is a good time to re-evaluate in game behavior because if it will not change in the future, harsher punishments will follow. These may include timed suspensions or removal of ranked rewards.
We have also announced that players who have high amounts of toxicity in their games will not receive their ranked rewards. At this time, we are not able to tell you if you qualify for the removal of rewards. Not every player with ranked restrictions was punished in this way; only the worst offenders were affected.
