View Game Status button

Dear RIOT, I am sure that I'm not alone in the fact that I get frustrated when I click the little exclamation mark button seeking answers to things like "Why are Kalista and Jarvan IV disabled?" Only to be taken to another page where it tells me that "Kalista and Jarvan IV are disabled".
It defeats the purpose of those buttons to just tell us the same thing twice. FFS we know that Kalista and Jarvan IV are disabled, so why is it that when we click the links in the client it just takes us to the game status page where it tells us that Kalista and Jarvan IV are disabled? When we click on those links, we should get info as to WHY they are disabled. They're already disabled, so telling us the reason/what bugs caused the disable is perfectly reasonable.
Why? Why RIOT? Who makes those buttons/links? Why do they show the exact same information as the other? Why is it that when I click on the link in the client it takes me to a page on the web that says the exact same thing? I'm not being dramatic either. Both the client and the site say the exact same thing. It makes no sense, and every time this happens it takes massive amounts of research through forums and videos to find out why when, if done correctly, it would take ten seconds to just TELL US WHY THE HELL THE THINGS ARE THE WAY THAT THEY ARE! For example: When I log into the client and I see a little exclamation mark telling me something - such as "Kalista and Jarvan IV are disabled" - and I click on it to ''read more online'', IT SHOULD TAKE ME TO A PAGE THAT TELLS ME WHY KALISTA AND JARVAN IV ARE DISABLED. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ME TO A PAGE ON A WEBSITE THAT LITERALLY SAYS THE EXACT SAME THING AS THE CLIENT. I shouldn't have to spell things out like this. I shouldn't have to say the same thing 20 times just to make my point. But I do. Otherwise you won't get it.
