Bonus IP for support!!

Does anyone ever have to wait over 10 minutes to find a support in team builder? Riot should implement bonus IP for support players in team builder. Let me stress I do not play support, although if there was intensive for other players who don't mind support, or even who want to try support, I feel it would increase the amount of support champs using team builder!!

Then people would just put "support" as their role and benefit without playing support.
