LeaverBuster lower priority queue

I was placed in a lower priority queue for 5 games after my internet crashed 2 minutes into a ranked game. Yes it was an issue on my end and yes I accept the consequences of ruining the match for my teammates that game. I just think that there should be some other mething of the lower priority queue. 5 minutes is an acceptable time, but I think that during those 5 minutes, there should be other function in the client. During those 5 minutes, I cannot browse the shop, respond to messages, basically the client is useless during those 5 minutes. There should be something to do during those 5 minutes of queue time.
