Toxic people and problems with reporting.

So I played a game with this extremely toxic garen named "Ahri Mid." I played Cassiopea and went up against kassadin, who was actually really good and the jungler and him both just shut me down midlane, to add i was also playing really bad and already felt bad about it. So this garen being part of the amazing community that is League, decided to call me out on every mistake and called me trash, a whiny bitch, and fucking r%%%%%, and just about those. The thing that makes me mad about all of this, is this guy didn't care that he was getting reported, and I know why. It's because the new_** "riot systems" don't work_ in the slightest. the tribunal is down and so there are so many people running around being toxic as all hell and not getting in trouble. _Almost every game_ i'm in i run into people that are so damn toxic it makes me _sad what league has turned into**_. talk to me if you think the same way i do, and if riot should just bring back the tribunal so we can have our league back again. Maybe then the "percent decrease in toxicity" can actually be true.
