Disconnects may not be directly your fault but they are your responsibility. Its like negligence.
How am I being negligent if I get disconnected without warning in the middle of a game, whether by tito or by my ISP, and then I am unable to reconnect because 'tito's client' flips shit and breaks, the servers won't recognize the pathing, or my ISP won't set up the pathing to reconnect my computer to the game. How is it even REMOTELY my fault that I got disconnected? Yeah man, I totally get informed when something goes wrong with my ISP or with Tito's servers, then I decide to go play a game because I want to troll everyone. Yeah, that's my plan, it always has been.
No I don't have infinite of time to throw away, that's why I fully support punishing people who leave games and/or can't maintain their computers and connections.

Yo, Cracker Jack Phil, I have friends on the inside, I have friends who work for my ISP and I can get them to provide me special service and give me extra bandwidth with 5 lines coming in to my house from 4 different service points. Yeah, I'm doing my job slipping thousands of dollars under the table for special service as is my responsibility as an avid league of legends player. You didn't get this 20 min low priority queue for leaving 1 game, you got it for leaving an unacceptable percentage of your games.
Also, I did actually get this from one game. I tried to reconnect to the game at least ten times.
