Yo Tito, I got chain d/ced, so now I get a lower priority queue?

I got disconnected several times during a single bots game because my internet decided to sucketh, and presently I am required to wait 20 minutes for a queue because I got disconnected each time I attempted to rejoin the game. What, the hellfire and brinestone? I just want to play the bloody game, not get punished for bulvine excrament that nay be any fault of mine. Let me fucking play God damnit, I don't have the time to wait 20 minutes before each game, I'm not a trust fund troll, I just want to play league. Stahppppp... This has happened before and it's incredibly frustrating to say the rock bottom least. Stahhhp rito, stahhhp. Tribunal pls, stahp.

Oh, and if this belongs in another board please move it to that board instead of deleting this post... I know you can do it, I know you can. I did try to find a relevant place to put it, but there's no board for complaints. I know I could report an issue or challenge this action somewhere, but wouldn't that just quiet the issue instead of solving it? That's why I made this post, so that actual discussion can take place instead of overlooking a legitimate issue.
