Chroma skins in New Champ select not working?

I don't know if this has been addressed or not, I couldn't find a thread about this, but last night I played a game as Zac and I wanted to pick his "Majin Buu" skin from the chroma pack. However, only his default skin was available to choose. Are there any other chroma skins finding issues with this or has it just been Zac?
