Why doesent lol cooperate with websites like... Champion.gg, LoL Skill ....?

by that i mean for champion.GG that the recomended items are based from that site .. because builds are changing and it would be good to update builds when you nerf/buff items or a new meta comes, but to make it easier if Riot cooperated with champion gg it would be mutch easier and awesome actualy :)

and about lol skill... the site with the skill rating is kind of bad but if riot worked with them and made them use the riot after game rating how well you played it would be mutch better :( because lol skill doesent look what role you play with the champion, they only look what champion you play... and they only look at vizible stats... not "Healing done.. and so on"

but lol is missing achivements overall .. they should make something like lol skill in lol... like a leaderboard :)
