I know some basics, but I would like for someone to really show me the ins and outs. It's hard to learn with people raging all the time. :C

What Lv. / Rank are you? If you're just starting, I recommend watching LoLCraft 101 on youtube to learn the basics of what you need to learn if you are going to take this game seriously.

Well I'm level 8 right now, but, I've started a new account. I know game basics of how to play and how to build, I really just need support on how to make the most of the champions I'm using. Someone in game with me to say oh hey, when you build this item on this character do this, or when you see draven make an attack try to stun him before he get to his weapon.... That kind of stuff.

I think you might have a hard time with this. It's a good idea, but it's so difficult to get two people on to league at the same time that you would likely be spending most games without whoever decided to help you. On the other hand, one thing you could probably do is use a recording software (more on that below), post a video of your game, and then ask people for tips on your playing.

As far as recording goes, there's a number of ways to do it. You could name one of your rune pages "Replay.GG" and then the website www.replay.gg will automatically record all your games for you, and you can share a link to each game from there. You can also use BaronReplays, which stores replays locally, but those files have to be opened with BaronReplays, so anyone who wanted to see it would have to have the program. You could use XSplit Gamecaster, which is free, but depending on how powerful your computer is it might slow your game down. Personally, I have BaronReplays record all my games, and then if there was a game that I know I want to record something in and share with people, I use XSplit with the replay. I use a laptop, so it's not that powerful and XSplit slows my computer down when playing a live game. However, when watching the replay, if the frame rate drops I can simply rewind and re-record it until it works better.

Also, if you have the money and are willing to spend it, you can try the site SkillCapped, which is a paid service that has tutorials and the like on champions and roles.

I can teach you. I have played every champion in the game atleast once. I know what to build, what mindset to have agains certain match ups and what items to build in certain situations.

I recommend staying in beginner bots atleast until level 12. The champion pool on beginner bots is quite shallow so you can focus more on learning how to play your champion and less time trying to figure out what theirs does. Move up to intermediate once you get the hang of the basics. If you can beat intermediate on a regular basis then you should be competent enough to hold your own in PvP.
