I know some basics, but I would like for someone to really show me the ins and outs. It's hard to learn with people raging all the time. :C

What Lv. / Rank are you? If you're just starting, I recommend watching LoLCraft 101 on youtube to learn the basics of what you need to learn if you are going to take this game seriously.
I can teach you. I have played every champion in the game atleast once. I know what to build, what mindset to have agains certain match ups and what items to build in certain situations.
I recommend staying in beginner bots atleast until level 12. The champion pool on beginner bots is quite shallow so you can focus more on learning how to play your champion and less time trying to figure out what theirs does. Move up to intermediate once you get the hang of the basics. If you can beat intermediate on a regular basis then you should be competent enough to hold your own in PvP.
