Support looking for a 5v5 team....

Hey all! Been playing a whil and I keep getting teamed with people that just dont know what they are doing...So I',m looking for a team to join for ranked. My main is Support and secondary is Jungle. If there is a team out there looking for a decent support please add me in game ( Gr0undNP0und ) or reply to this... thanx in advance!!!

PS if the team does not use skype or RC or any other voice communication tool, i'm not interested in joining!
