I was just wondering how long it takes for a ticket to be addressed. I know its snowdown and there are probably allot of tickets being sent but i have been waiting 2 weeks for mine to be responded to. So i was just wondering how long is the average time for a ticket to be responded to.
My last ticket was marked solved (by me) on the 15th. While I had sent the initial ticket on the 5th, I want to give them some credit, as they genuinely couldn't give me an answer until the 10th. Given that... about 5 days to receive a very clear and helpful response.
And a lot of that, I think, came from it being shifted and escalated to get to someone that could actually help me.
I got responses pretty quickly, actually. Just don't be optimistic, as depending on your question you may just get a copy-pasted word-blob
if i sent a ticket i either got a response within a couple days (2-3) or not at all (it's been weeks).
Further, is there a place where i can directly talk to an official? I made this post trying to reach out, but it seems these boards, Reddit, and tickets are the only way and i don't feel like making a twitter account and tweeting them would do any good.
