I was just wondering how long it takes for a ticket to be addressed. I know its snowdown and there are probably allot of tickets being sent but i have been waiting 2 weeks for mine to be responded to. So i was just wondering how long is the average time for a ticket to be responded to.
Jubbinaut1 votesMy last ticket was marked solved (by me) on the 15th. While I had sent the initial ticket on the 5th, I want to give them some credit, as they genuinely couldn't give me an answer until the 10th. Given that... about 5 days to receive a very clear and helpful response.
And a lot of that, I think, came from it being shifted and escalated to get to someone that could actually help me.
DefineG1 votes10 days sounds petty good, may I ask what kind of situation you had to compare it with mine as i realize some tickets are easier to answer than others?
Jubbinaut1 votesI had sent in the ticket after Lyte edited his "Rewards for Positive Players" post (which I had taken part in) to indicate that rewards had all been given out.
I asked (because I hadn't heard anything) what was going on with that. The ticket was sent on the 5th, the rewards were issued to my account on the 10th, and my response arrived early on the 15th.
Like I said, it was an unanswerable question when I sent it, and 5 days from having an answer to communicating it isn't too bad.

DefineG1 votesFurther, is there a place where i can directly talk to an official? I made this post trying to reach out, but it seems these boards, Reddit, and tickets are the only way and i don't feel like making a twitter account and tweeting them would do any good.
