Looking for Toxic player or Dunkey

I have a brother who plays league and is super angry about it and toxic, was wondering if there was anyone who is as if not more toxic that could come play with him he needs someone with his own toxicity. Or you know Dunkey if you would be willing to 1v1 him and put him in his place I would appreciate it.
