Riot being lazy

Past few days nothing but Launcher not working then when i get in game can't connect to chat nor enter the shop like wonder when riot is going to do something about this they know there is a issue yet they don't care cause if they did like any other game aka blizzard they would have fixed there stuff right when they knew a problem happened, league is the most played game right now but it has the worst servers and support tech people what are they doing with the money they get buying cars and houses?
