Well where to start, maybe I will star by explaining who am I and why I am writing this little 'article.' I am a coach and a manager in one of the international corporations. On the daily basis I 'just' manage and coach a team. A team that consists of 15 people. A team that is hungry for results. A team that is very competitive. A team that is willing to perform. A team, in which people used to demand results from each other. A team that used to have problems with communication, openness and trust. A team that used to be all, but being a team. In the past year I helped this 'just' a team to become 'the team.' The team that is self-driven, competitive, performing well, happy with results and fully supporting each other. Most of you now think, 'well good for you' another person that is trying to sell beautiful stories that are not true. Well, do think what you want, read it or not. Your choice. I am simply sharing a tip that helped my team to become successful. You would ask, why do I share that? Well, because gaming is my passion and yes I am a gamer. At the same time, I can't stand looking at gamers that are trying to achieve results without understanding the basics of team functioning. Their teams and team owners, coaches (usually young not experienced people yet, as e-sport is totally new research subject) are making huge behavioural mistakes and are wondering why they do not have results.

Here is my key to success - a tip that helped me to build up 'the team' - the Healthy Team http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img661/8992/hDLmna.jpg . Most of the psychologists and managers know the below concept very well. There are many books, theories and discussions on this subject. In the business setting this is a very common practice to build business teams following this model. I am still not sure why this is still not applied in the gaming environment, hence my post. Well, hopefully after reading it some of the teams will start all over again with that and become successful. What is a Healthy Team you would ask? Below I am presenting a pyramid of behaviours I apply and use on the daily basis (my modification for gamers based on P. Lencioni's guide) that are crucial in building up any well functioning team.

All those steps within any team require hard work and many hours of team building exercises that will help your team to achieve all the goals you have. One cannot build anything without a solid foundation. This is the key to the success of every team. Building your team according to those rules will help you to put aside not necessary stress, will save you a lot of time and energy and will take your team to the next level - the level on which most of the successful teams all over the world function.

There is also one little aspect I did not included in the above pyramid, namely the work aspect. Dear pro gamers - please remember that none of the professional teams become professional until they start treating gaming as their regular job, not as fun stuff. A job that has certain rules, regulations, must do element. **Dear team coaches ** and managers - do not forget that usually the work cycle lasts 8 hours daily, respect the hard work of your team members and start looking into the same direction your 'employees' do, towards the victory.

Thank you for your time, I hope you have found it useful.

Ps. If you want me to explain more on the subject of functioning of this pyramid, of you have questions how to achieve those elements please comment below and I will work on the next 'article.'
