low priority queue is flawed

I know riot will not look at this and just keep the game the way it is, but the game is flawed. The low priority queue system has many issues. For example i was placed in 20 min low priority queue, which in itself is too severe but the way it works is also dumb. I queued up and after 20 minutes I came back to the computer realizing I was 30 seconds late and had to redo the queue, so I cut my losses and queued up again, then I made it into a ranked lobby and while the last person was picking, I had to go to the bathroom, and when someone dodged I again had to wait 20 minutes. I've waited 40 minutes without being able to play a game. The system is flawed, after players wait their 20 minutes, they should be able to queue up immediately for the next game, instead of having to redo it if they do not accept ( or their friend trolls them and doesn't accept )

Personally feel the main problem with low priority queue is that its not even named correctly, it is in fact a delayed queue and at all optimized or made to do as its name implies.

It also hurts people who are not being given the punishment directly, if you queie as a semi-rare or needed role such as a support your punishment is actively denying the groups waiting 5-8 minutes for a support the player they need for just that much longer because the 20 minute wall you're behind is preventing you from filling the spot.

I can agree with this. Maybe instead of the low priority, they just give a queue penalty like if you dodge a queue. It would be more straight forward, and easier to deal with.
