No, question is. What role do you most often play, buy the champ that fits that role. For me there isn't really any 3150 champs that I am eager to get except Gragas. Blitzcrank - support Karma - support (sometimes mid) Karthus - mid Kassadin - mid/top Lux -support (sometimes mid) Rammus - jungle Shen - top Sona - support (rarely mid) Twitch - ADC

I usually play mid or adc, and I have a lot of adc's. Anyways the next adc I want to buy is either luc or graves. So im looking for mid rn. If none of those choices are good, ill just save up for someone else

IMO, not sure about Karthus. Honestly, I'm level 30 and never been in a game with him. If you like ADC, I recommend saving for graves. He's my favorite ADC because he helped me learn the role and he's fairly straightforward.
