Name Change
i have been trying to change my name for a while now but every time i check the name it said it is in use so i chack the account and it has played no games in over 6 months and its only lvl 6 why can i not buy the name still?

Two possibilities occur to me: Perhaps the data you can see about the account's last played game is inaccurate, or you are being improperly locked out.
Your best bet is to double-check activity (through the client, lolking, op.gg, etc.), then try sending a support ticket if it really looks like the account has not played in over six months. Remember that lvl seven gets them a year.
