Riot, can you increase the quality of Skarner's Skins

By increase the quality I just mean the colour of the spell effects for Sandscourge and Earthrune skins. Right now the colour of the spell effects are all blue across all skins except Battlecast. I'd like it if the spell effects for those skins were yellow and green instead of blue like classic Skarner.

If you compare them to Braum and Xerath, their skins all have different colour spell effects. Dragonslayer and El Tigre abilities are all red and yellow and all of Xeraths skins have different coloured abilities instead of being all blue.

I don't think skin price will be an issue because Battlecast Xerath is 520RP and it still has red spell effects. Riot please.
