they should have a system that replaces afkers i game with someone that's queuing for a game.tell what you guys think.

Disagree, it would be hard on matchmaking and cause some weird issues with an afker reconnecting. It'd also be incredibly hard to balance a system like that around someone entering the game halfway through.
Better suggestion, they fix the beginning-of-the-game AFK issue and just end the game in a draw if someone doesn't connect in the first five minutes.
