looking for suggestion for my new smurf account

Hey summoners I have a smurf account but I have no champions and I kinda I have all the basic champions like all the 450 ones. I wanna start playing ranked I but I want to know what kind of champions should I buy for that account what champions should every smurf account have. Im good at all roles except support im not the best at that.
