Singed

Singed is fun doe :D

I don't think a perma-ban is a good idea, but he needs to be modified to be viable in one for all. Because his poison trail doesn't stack, his only real dmg in team fights is fling. This makes duo lanes a terrible problem, either because you're gonna have a 3 Singed's (duo and a jungler) where only one person is really doing dmg, or 2 duo lanes. Then when you get to mid-late game, and you start team fighting, everyone's just running around thinking 'I'll let my poison trail do the work' when they're basically, and sometimes literally doing nothing. Not raging, I love Singed, but he just can't be played in One for All.
