Punished for no reason...

I Just got a 25 game chat restriction after playing games where I either didn't speak or was extremely nice. Actually in those games I got teamwork, helpful, and honorable opponent frequently. I also got a 2 game ranked restriction that I don't understand either. These both happened with no warning. I log in and I'm restricted. This has happened before, and I just stopped playing the game for two months. I'm about to leave the game again, but first I'd like to know why I keep getting punished for good behavior.
