Does this tracert look wrong?
I did a tracert to check and see if the server is super laggy (becuase im lag spiking all over) and I got this: I'm not a network wizard but this seems awful.

Are you wireless or wired?
If wired i think you may have a damaged cable.
If wireless you need to invest in either better equipment or move some stuff.
The fact that you have 120 ping to the router is why i think these things. You need to figure out what is causing your problem to that connection first. Untill you deal with your pc router connection the rest of the trace is corrupted and worthless.
