DC/AFK

I Feel like every god damn disconnected or afk people end up in my teams, i was G3 and going back down to silver with this S@#%. I have bad games like every1 and i'm not complaining about how i'm not diamond, i probably don't belong there but ffs, i'm at least gold/low plat. I Can't count how many games there have been afks in this week, more than 20 i can guarantee it. What is riot doing about this ? leaverbuster ? Than what ? I am the one being highly penalized for this, not em, they get a warning here and there and it pisses me off ... like .. really. I enjoy League but AFKs are driving me crazy because it affects my games/ranking so much.
