No Tower limit for 2v2 Snowdown

I've been playing a few 2v2 matchups in snowdown and many times the enemy just goes two adcs and push down the first tower despite the damage we are doing to them and also making it impossible to b without losing the tower in one push, at most two. I don't think that reflects much skill as well as make it awfully boring to play against. I think it should be made into the second tower or no limit at all.

Riot plz change?
