What is the reason for DCs ? RIOT or thousands of players ?

in my last 20 games, i had 16 DCs or so. I refuse to believe that so many people just join a game, and go DC before starting the game. I refuse to believe that the problem is with "firewall", "network", "*******", and other excuse. Because I myself get DC once every 10 games or so. the network remains same. I have no intention of DC. the software remains same. Is it possible that the same happens to other players? And we all blame each other ? Because RIOT's amazing engineering team punishes players for its mistakes. Not it self. Is it possible that RIOT's own software is buggy ? Is it possible that they could have fixed these issues, instead of launching Rek Sai ? I dunno. May be I am wrong. Let me know.

DC issues are, quite often, a combination of both. It's an issue resulting from Riot's stuff not working properly with your stuff, simply put. It's not really anyone's fault (usually), it's just a thing that happens when you have so many different hardware/software configurations using software that updates every two weeks. Unfortunately, this usually means that you have to resolve it on your end.

Plot Twist: Riot is doing it purposely to make everyone agree to leave buster?

Internet works perfectly fine all day, open LOL for a game for a game thinking that my internet is working fine. As soon as I am in a game suddenly "default gateway unavailable" and "DNS server not responding" errors for days.
