Refunds

So maybe there are other players like me who didnt know how valubale the rp was back then in season 4 and some of you maybe also spend it on champions like ashe and nunu and then refund and refund.. back then i thought the refunds are endless but nah.. so my question is are riot planning of giving 3 more refunds for the boosted bonobos like me ?
