Hextech Keys

Hi! I just have a quick question for anyone that knows. Can you get Hextech Keys in ranked victory's? or only with normal victory's? Because when I play normal game I seem to get a key every few games. But when I play ranked and win I never get a key. I'm just wondering. Thanks!
