So, in order to prevent that, they disrupt service either intentionally or do not fully prevent further interruptions.
That way, you're upset about not being able to play, and feel that you have to validate that feeling by playing.
Playing afterward is like keeping a promise, you feel obligated and required and bound to it.
The best way to keep your customers is to get them addicted and to just barely give them enough.
Riot realized this a long time ago and will never give us all what we want.
They'll give us what they think we want, what their superiors say we want, and what they want.
Occasionally those three might overlap with what we as a community desire.
But the age of this community being wholesome ended with its popularity. Like everything, it's corrupt and no longer a safe place.
