stuck at 100

whenever i have to reconnect to a game because the initial loading disconnected i load up alone but im stuck at 100% forever i have to reconnet multiple times as i type i am waiting and have been waiting for over 10 minutes for me to connect yet i am at 100% i have been playing since start of s4 and gameplay is fine and i never get these types of problems
