So can we fix this before the new leaverbuster.

So this has been happening for a while i think everyone has experienced it or been in a game where it has happened to a player at least once. the new leaver buster punishes you for leaving a game, but it cant tell the difference between intentional and unintentional. now this is gonna be really frustrating when i get put in "low priority" because of something entirely not my fault.
