Why is it that enemy teams have to troll after getting super fed and nothing happeneing to them.

I have gotten into multiple games over the past few days where i keep getting people i played before as I keep note of them for myself for future things, and constantly see them talking all this mad trash to someone who is trying and isn't really feeding till after they got fed for calling someone out on his team for being toxic, and to make it worse there is always a duo on my team that stir it up on to one person. So many times I see this happen and see the same people over and over again doing it all the time. Why is it that this community has gone to so much crap that kids need to troll back after they get their free win from being fed by the trolls on my team as well as with the people who duo who troll that one person. But of course the Tribunal is one of the most double standard thing there is atm in this game. And I know I may get super flame for this but am I the only one to actually see this coming up more and more. This community is long gone and ruined now.
