most of us people are very bored and wish to be doing something productive during the loading screen before the match. how bout we add a team chat. so we can discuss early ideas and establish plans ans yell at our teammates :D. this is just a simple idea that will help all of us thank you.

HOLY CRAP YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! making a chat for loading screen would improve teamwork so we can plan out. and riot is really all on the teamwork train!
At best, you see the loading screen for, what? Two minutes? Yeah, I'm sure Riot will get right on that. Setting up a chat screen that won't even be up long enough to set up a scroll bar and watching the hundreds of man hours that go into coding something like that all go down the drain when people flame their team in it anyway and we can't use THAT chat to report them to the Tribunal either. Riot wastes the work, the Tribunal gets yelled at again for something they can't handle, the community calls it stupid, it most likely increases the loading times by forever... But hey, you won, right? So there's no possible way it could be bad.

This is great. AN alternate idea:
implement a sub game on the loading screen. Like Snake. I believe you used to (maybe still can) play Snake overtop of YouTube videos by using the arrow keys while buffering. The game could continue while watching the video, but here, the game would end when loading has finished.
I'm joking. But cool idea with the chat.

The loading screen is the perfect time to grab all manner of foods and release internal waste matter.
I think the chat log should persist from pre-lobby to loading screen to game to post-lobby. Not sure why this isn't already the case (other than possible technical challenges).
I just alt-tab and browse the internet while I wait, also have the game on borderless window mode for seamless transition.

Hmm, you're idea is great. How about we help you group up a idea-making poll for Riot to see? Maybe the teams can say things they wished to say before interrupted by the loading screen. But obviously the arguments are just going to make the teams worse.

Or we could pre load the Client as we're opening League of Legends and do away with the loading screen all together....

It would be good because once you start matchmaking, and you want to fix your runes or either buy a champ, this would be VERY useful. have a good day in ranked.
