And then unadd you the moment you lose one game.
I get that these people (Not all are this bad, I'm sure.) only add you because you did well and they, of course, want to increase their chances of winning by duoing with you, but it's still a new level of low to basically throw you into the garbage as soon as you don't completely carry a game.

This has happened to me so many times now and i'm sick and tired of it. Small bout of venting over.
Thats the mentality people have. Its sad, but there is nothing we can do about it. Because of this though i generally do not add people to my friends list, especially if it was just after a game. Im all for making friends and trying to get up in ranking, but if that is your only concern you have no place on my friends list!
See, I did that once. But I didn't remove him because we lost. I removed him because he didn't realize why or how we lost. He put a lot of the blame for the game onto me, ignoring the fact that there were things that he and the rest of the team could've done to work with me/play more safely. I didn't tell him that, either, I just instantly removed him. No need for a pointless argument. I don't need to convince him he's wrong, I just need to find someone that can play with me.
