Need to change yasuo cdr for urf
maybe its just me but his cdr seems like it hasnt been changed at all for urf

His Q's cdr scales on your attackspeed
He kinda doesn't since most of his abilities are already on such low cooldowns (save for Windwall). Though his Steel Tempest doesn't scale with CDR but instead it scales with Attack speed.
Yas doesn't benefit in any way from URF except his windwall, and maybe his ult? i'm not sure on his ult cd, but hes worthless for URF lmao 100% especially since ur Q is significantly slow till you get a shiv, you'll just be pummeled in lane by super fast abilties over and over, i mean yeah you can win, but it will still suck early game like major donkey balls.
