Legit see every noob teemo build full ap or nashors and its killing me inside so heres a REAL teemo build.

Or you can swap out the for things like 
The best build is what works best for the individual. Not because imls said it means it must be true. For instance you can't expect people in low elo to do things of value when you are splitting and the enemy comes as a group to stop you. Also rageblade is not the ideal start anymore.
Some may be more comfortable with frozen mallet, others with ap. Also the imls build is the real one? Every other build is bad and for noobs? Is that how the community has become? A bunch of condescending sheeps who blindly follow a pro and can't accept different points of views?
