Permabans, Mute function, and feelings

My account recently was permabanned, I chose to ignore the warnings of toxicity leading up to it, and I chose to be toxic in the game I was banned for. However, I don't quite understand this community. A team of 4 minus myself consistently chooses sides, and trash talks me over one mistake and I take it all in stride. I don't whine, I don't rally the other team to report them. If I don't like what I'm hearing, I will mute someone, otherwise I will fight back for fun or strategy. What is stopping other people from doing this? Why is the community of a T rated game being babied and social justice warrior'd into oblivion? I had been playing since Season 2, I purchased innumerable skins for myself and for others. I was a kind player always unless tested beyond limits; alas I now have to put all the effort of my thousands of ranked games, thousands of normal games in again, simply for speaking my mind and conversing with people who had been just as, if not more toxic.
