The time to play ranked is NOW

With the arrival of U.R.F. again, 90% of the playerbase spends all of their time over there. That includes all those crappy players in ranked who have no idea what they're doing.

The only people who are still playing ranked right now are the actual good ones who enjoy ranked more than U.R.F. I haven't gotten one troll, feeder, rager, or afk in 10 or so games. Take advantage of this while you can people.
